■ Specifications

 Production introduction:

Titanium nitride (TiN) is a new ceramic material with excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, thermal shock resistance, low density and high hardness. It is mainly used in high temperature resistance, wear resistance and aerospace and other fields.

Main Application:

Cermet field: Nano-titanium nitride (TiN) is a high-strength cermet structure material;

Cemented carbide field: Nano-titanium nitride (TiN) can refine metal grains, form a whisker structure in the alloy, and effectively improve the strength and toughness of cemented carbide;

Automotive film field: The automotive glass film doped with nano-titanium nitride (TiN) can shield 80% of the ultraviolet light, which greatly improves the heat insulation performance of the automotive glass film.

Performance character:

Nano-TiN has high purity, XRD detect no impurity phase, small particle size(20nm), large specific surface area, High surface activity, and excellent UV light shielding performance and good electrical conductivity.

Precautions:

This product should be stored in a cool, dry room to avoid heavy pressure. It should not be exposed to the air during use, so as to avoid moisture absorption and agglomeration, which will affect the dispersion performance and use effect. Unused products should be sealed or stored in a vacuum after unpacking.
