The synthetic method of zirconium nitride
1. Magnesium was used as reducing agent, nitrogenated nano-ZrO2 powder was reduced in ammonia gas, and pure-phase cubic ZrN powder of 30-100nm was successfully synthesized at 1000°C for 6 hours.
2. Use Zr and ZrO2 as the main raw materials, Y2O3 as an additive to burn in the air, and quench the combustion product to prepare ZrN powder. This method is easy to synthesize ZrN in the air, but the quenching time needs to be precisely controlled. The purity of the synthesized ZrN not tall.
3. Zirconium nitride was prepared by the aluminothermic reduction method, and zirconium nitride with high purity was synthesized by ZrO2-Al-CaCO3 reaction at 1400 ° C for 6 hours and a nitrogen pressure of 0.4 MPa.
4. Use microwave and autoclave to synthesize
ZrN powder. This method uses zirconium chloride and sodium azide as the main raw materials, isopropanol as the solvent, and mixes in a mixer for 1 hour. Put the mixture in a drying oven to evacuate to 10-3Pa, and keep it at 50°C for 10h, then add xylene to the mixture, keep it at 250°C for 24 hours by autoclave method, and microwave for 1 hour to synthesize nitrogen zirconium.
5. Mix 30-35wt% zirconia powder, 20-25wt% reducing agent, 28-31wt% magnesium chloride hexahydrate and 15-17wt% sodium chloride to obtain a mixture; then, under nitrogen atmosphere conditions, Heating the mixture to 700-1100°C at a rate of 3-5°C/min, keeping it warm for 2-3 hours, and cooling naturally to obtain a nitrided product; then adding the nitrided product to hydrochloric acid solution for 1-2 hours, Wash with distilled water for 3 to 4 times, and dry at 110°C to obtain cubic zirconium nitride powder based on low-temperature reduction.
