■ Specifications

1. Purposes:

This series of special ceramics sintering furnace is designed especially for degumming and sintering of silicon carbide, silicon nitride, alumina, aluminum nitride and other ceramic products. It only takes one working procedure to complete the whole process as follows: debinding-degassing-vacuum sintering-air inflation-atmosphere sintering-cooling. This simplifies production processes and improves production efficiency significantly. The furnace is fit for multiple kinds of atmosphere.

2. Characteristics:

1) Even heating and reliable thermal insulation and temperature measurement:

The temperature evenness in vacuum can be ensured owing to reasonable thermal field design, quality materials and branded temperature measurement and control element. The hexagonal prismatic heat shield can decrease the size of vacuum furnace, lessen the utilization of gas flow and power, and cut down the operating cost finally.

2) Superstrong dewaxing, wax collection and paraffin removal effects:

Due to special atmosphere control method of our company, the wax volatile matters generated in dewaxing at high temperature will not stick to the furnace wall and thermal insulation layer. They will be discharged outside directly. So the furnace will not be polluted. It is best choice for treatment of materials with high binder content. Dedicated degumming seal box is beneficial to improve furnace temperature evenness. The wax collection system adopts the unique structure developed by our company; the system is integrated with glue storage, filtration, coarse purification, fine purification and many other functions.

3) Perfect vacuum system:

The air-tightness of vacuum is ensured at any state. The furnace pressure is controlled at fixed value or via program. With partial pressure sintering adopted, the air-tightness and quality of the product is improved.

4) Advanced auto control and reliable safety interlocking:

The core components (imported intelligent temperature controller, silicon-controlled voltage regulator, low voltage transformer and paperless recorder) constitute the electronic control system, which boasts power supply, control, monitoring, record and alarm protection.

5) High-efficiency rapid cooling system:

with the high-efficient heat transfer technique, rapid and even cooling can be achieved. It takes less than 210min to make the temperature drop to 150 from 950.
